3. Bookings & Cancellations
- All bookings must be made in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- FreshWheels reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, staff unavailability).
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible and parked legally for the duration of the service.
- Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins.
- FreshWheels is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where FreshWheels fails to deliver the agreed service due to our fault.
6. Liability & Damage
- While we take the utmost care in providing our services, FreshWheels is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
